Welcome to Wildcat Cafe Web Site! The students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program have been working diligently learning safe food handling, commercial kitchen operations, dining room operations and the basic cooking techniques and serving food to the public. We will be open to the public on Thursday, March 18, 2010! Please see the "Class Announcements" below for our menu, hours of operation and location.

- Beef Stew!!! Beautifully seared top round beef, slow cooked in home made veal stock, with carrots, celery, turnips served over the creamiest, garlicest whipped potatoes you have ever tasted!
